The William Humphreys Art Gallery (WHAG) hereby invites interested parties to submit proposals for the purchase of vehicle through an asset auction process.

Conditions of Sale

1. Voetstoots: All items are sold voetstoots (as is). WHAG provides no guarantees or warranties on the condition, quality, or fitness for purpose of any items.
2. Removal of Items: Successful bidders will be responsible for all costs and arrangements related to the removal and transportation of items from WHAG premises.
3. Payment Terms:
   • Payment must be made in full before collection.
   • Payment must be completed within 20 working days of notification of a successful bid.
4. Collection: Paid-for items must be collected within 20 working days from the date of payment.
5. Evaluation of Bids: Bids will be assessed in line with the 80/20 Price and Preference Points System as per the Preferential Procurement Regulations.

Requirements for Submission

To be considered, your proposal must include the following documents and information:

1. A completed and signed Offer to Purchase form
2. Copy of Identification Document and/or business registration
3. WHAG SBD 4 Form – Bidder’s Disclosure
