The William Humphreys Art Gallery (WHAG) invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit proposals for appointment to a Panel of Maintenance Services Providers for a period of 36 months, on an as-and-when basis.

WHAG is a Schedule 3 public entity supported by the Department of Sport, Arts and Culture and operates from heritage buildings that require ongoing preventative and reactive maintenance. The panel will support efficient, compliant, and responsive maintenance services across the museums’s facilities.

Service providers may apply for one or more of the following categories:

• Electrical Maintenance

• Building Maintenance

• Plumbing Services

• Air Conditioning Services

• Fumigation and Pest Control

• Tree Felling and Grounds-Related Services

Appointment to the panel does not guarantee work. Services will be allocated per job based on quotations and operational requirements.
